FAQS

If you are inquiring about a specific art work in any of the seven galleries please remember to let me know the name of the piece and the gallery.

How do I know the artwork is original?
All of the artwork is original and produced solely by Judith Wolfe. Each piece is signed, numbered (if it is a serigraph), dated and titled. If it is a monoprint or monotype it is a unique piece and will therefore not be numbered.

What about Sales Tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of New York State. None will be applied to any other US State.

How can I pay for my artwork?
I accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. Once you have contacted Judith Wolfe by hitting the 'contact the artist' button, the specifics for payment and shipping will be worked out individually. Commissions for an animal portrait require a 50% deposit. Balance due upon delivery.

When will I receive my order?
You should receive your artwork within 7-14 days of placing your order if you are ordering a print or painting. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you when the artwork is shipped. All orders within the continental United States will be shipped by UPS Ground. If you are commissioning an animal portrait the normal turnaround is one month.

What if my artwork is damaged in transit?
Please retain all original packaging as the artwork will be insured. Contact Judith Wolfe via e-mail as soon as the damaged package arrives and instructions will be given. If the damaged piece was a serigraph and another piece is available in the series it will be shipped out as soon as the damaged piece is received back to judithwolfe.com. If the damaged piece was a monotype or monoprint you may make another selection at that time. If nothing satisfies your damaged art complaint a full refund will be given.
